Return Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Size Exchange Policy

We only offer a size exchange under the following conditions:

Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Size exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
If the requested size is unavailable, no refund will be provided. Customers may choose another available size or wait until the requested size is restocked.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Size exchange will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, washed, or damaged.
Original tags or packaging are missing.
The product has been customized or altered.
The exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
